Foods That Can Benefit More Than Your Diet

Daily brushing and flossing are essential for preventing cavities and gum disease, but did you know your diet also significantly impacts your oral health? Fatty fish, such as wild salmon, are another excellent choice. They are packed with vitamin D, which fortifies teeth and jawbones. Salmon also contains phosphorus, a mineral that shields enamel, and omega-3 fatty acids like DHA and EPA, which help reduce inflammation in the gums and lower the risk of periodontitis.
