Healthy Recipes Which Are Easily Doable Along With Your Kids In This Busy Lifestyle

Overnight oats 

Soak 1 cup of old-fashioned oats overnight with ½ cup of milk. You can also add ¼ cup of chia seeds, yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweeteners such as maple syrup, dates, or mashed banana into it. Refrigerate the oats mixture overnight and garnish them with berries, nuts, seeds, or coconut while having.

Ants on a log 

It’s a simple recipe that is made by combining only three ingredients such as 3 crunchy celery sticks, ¼ cup of smooth or crunchy peanut butter, and 30 sweet chewy raisins. Wash the sticks, spread peanut butter over them, and garnish with raisin toppings. If the kids are allergic to nuts, then one can also use cream cheese, cottage cheese, or even mashed avocado.

Cantaloupe yogurt and strawberry popsicles  

Cut the tops of strawberries flatly. Cut the cantaloupe into 1 or 2-inch cubes. Put a stick into each piece of fruit. Place the parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Dip the fruit into yogurt. Place the fruit covered with yogurt into a cookie sheet. Freeze it for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Guacamole 

Take 3 medium-sized avocados, 1 tsp salt, ¾ cup cilantro herb, ½ cup onion,1 lime yields lemon juice, 2 medium red tomatoes, and 1 clove of garlic. Mash the avocadoes with lime juice and salt. Finely chop onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Add the chopped mixture into the bowl and garnish it with cilantro herb. It can also be refrigerated for an hour.

Kid-friendly green smoothie  

Blend 2 cups of spinach or kale leaves with ½ cup of avocado, 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1 cup of frozen mango chunks, 1 frozen banana, 3/4 cup yogurt, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup of mango or pineapple juice. No wonder it’s a kid-friendly recipe.

Mini eggplant pizzas  

Fry one eggplant by slicing it into round pieces using 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Meanwhile, spread 4 tbsp. of pizza sauce over it. Take 60g of shredded cheese and spread it on the top of each slice. Add 50g of pepperoni, ¼ spoon of salt, and garnish the slices with 6 black olives. This is the healthiest pizza of all.
