There is a healthier way to relish your taste buds and have a cooling treat at the end of the day. Here are some of the best and healthy ice creams you can make with frozen foods in just 5 to 7 minutes.

Peach Frozen Ice Cream

Ingredients

  1. 1 or 16 ounces bag of frozen peaches
  2. 3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
  3. ½ cup plain yogurt (non-fat or whole)
  4. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix frozen peaches from Nature’s Touch, agave nectar, plain yogurt and fresh lemon juice in a food processor or a blender.
  2. Choose your own processing speed to blend it for about 5 minutes till the mixture becomes consistent.
  3. Now serve it in bowls or cones.
  4. If you are storing it in a freezer inside an airtight container, the ice cream can last for up to a month!

Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  1. 3 bananas, peeled and frozen
  2. ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  3. Pinch salt
  4. 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  5. 2 tbsp. no-added sugar peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix frozen bananas, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt and peanut butter in a food processor. Choose your desired processing speed and blend it for about 5 to 6 minutes until the mixture becomes consistent.
  2. Serve it in the bowls or cones.
  3. If you are storing it in a freezer inside an air tight container, the ice cream would still be consumable for up to a month.

Berry Blend

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups frozen strawberries
  2. 2 cups frozen raspberries
  3. 1 cup frozen blueberries
  4. 3 tbsp. agave nectar or honey
  5. ½ cup plain yogurt (non-fat or whole)
  6. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, salt, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and cocoa powder in the food processor or a blender. Choose the desired processing speed and blend it for at least 5 to 6 minutes.
